Nikita Borisov (R.I.P.:1976-2019) is a one of the most mysterious & brightest figures of the so-called "Nizhny Novgorod Esoteric Underground" of the 1990s. The founder of the projects "Res Nullius", "Paskha Boskha", "New Metropolitans", "Christ Pantokrator" and "Mebbels Theo Macht". Singer-songwriter (the owner of a rich bass timbre, quite similar to Egor Letov from "Grazhdanskaya Oborona"), multi-instrumentalist, extraordinary poet and simply an outstanding strong personality.

He tragically left us in December 2019 after a long struggle with a cancer, but left behind an extensive musical and poetic heritage and a good memory of himself to everyone who knew this talented in various fields person.

"Vaterland" presents a retrospective series of Nikita's best solo works in digital format. As the design of the entire series of releases, we used exclusively original covers from the author's CDr-s.

All releases of this series are non-commercial in memory of our departed comrade. For whom it was fundamentally much more important to convey any of his creativity to people than to make a profit from it at any cost. Therefore, the price of these digital releases is purely symbolic. Out of respect for the artist, we have disable individual track purchase.

We continue with "Eternal Days" (2013) - one of the most poignant and funeral, but and at the same time full of detachment bright sadness Nikita's albums. This recording is interesting as a kind of experiment in the genre of Slowcore / Sadcore.

Often, the very slow, funereal tempo of the compositions, the rumbling massive Nikita's bass, ghostly keys and trembling guitar acoustics create a detached and empty atmosphere of close proximity to Eternity. Just listen to the title track - It's... Unspeakable.

Recorded in August, September & December 2013.

Except tracks 6 & 7: February 1997 & May 1995.

Bonus-track: "На дальней станции сойду" / "I'll get off at the far station" is a cover of famous soviet song. (1976)
